Do you service my area?

We service the London, Ontario region including: London, Arva, Delaware, Dorchester, Glanworth, Ilderton, Kilworth, Komoka, Lambeth, Lucan, Mount Brydges, St. Thomas, Thames Centre and Thamesford. You can also email or call us to confirm if we service your area.

How much will it cost?

We pride ourselves on our flat rate pricing and no hassle booking. Go to our “Book Now” page and everything you need to know will be on there. We set a flat price based on number of bedrooms and bathrooms per home. We do this because the number of bedrooms and bathrooms is usually indicative of the size of the home. You also have a choice of extras that you can select as part of your cleaning plan as well. Discounts are available for ongoing bookings. Our most popular programs are ongoing biweekly and weekly cleaning programs. On our booking page, the price will adjust depending on the services and extras you select.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, we bring all of our own supplies. Some of our clients prefer the convenience of having their own dedicated fibre cleaning system in their home at all times.

What cleaning products do you use?

We are proud to partner with ENJO Canada. ENJO offers ingenious, environmentally friendly products that are 100% climate neutral.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes, you can! On the “Book Now” page, under “Select Extras”, choose from a variety of extra services that we offer. Special requests can be included in the “Comments Box” before you complete your booking.

What are your office hours and cleaning hours?

We are open from Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST. All cleans happen within this time frame. If you have a special request outside of this time frame, please contact our office and we will try and accommodate.

What if I am not happy with my cleaning?

Should you have any concerns please contact our office immediately. We appreciate clear communication and in knowing the facts we can rectify and follow through with our 100% Happy House Satisfaction Guarantee.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes, we are confident it is. We use Stripe, the new standard in online payments as our chosen platform.

Do your cleaning experts go through a background check?

Yes, they do. All of our employees follow a process of being interviewed, completing a police background check and are put through our Happy House Employee Training Program to ensure they are ready to serve your home.

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, we are!

Are there any hidden or extra fees?

No, we pride ourselves on our no hassle booking and flat rate pricing. You have control in what you book and how often, including extras you might like to add on. You book your clean, choose your frequency and pay online with our easy pay process. If you choose an ongoing plan like biweekly, monthly or weekly, then your credit card is processed the day of the clean each time.

Will the same person clean my home each time?

Yes! We like to assign the same cleaning experts to your home each time. In the event that your assigned cleaning expert is not available, we will send a replacement from our qualified staff. You can expect the same quality of cleaning that you would normally receive, with of course our 100% Happy House Satisfaction Guarantee.

Types of Cleans

What is included in a routine cleaning?

Vacuuming, dusting, mopping of floors, cobweb removal, as well as bathroom and kitchen cleaning. We wipe down door handles, light fixtures, table tops, and counters. Also included is disposal of any trash and replacing of the bag as well. Please read below for more specific cleaning information on bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living rooms. What is included in a deep cleaning?

Deep cleaning differs from a routine cleaning in a few, but fairly significant ways. Typically deep cleaning involves moving kitchen appliances and furniture, cleaning the area that is covered by said appliances/ furniture. We will carefully move the items over and do a thorough wipe-down/dusting or vacuuming to ensure the area is 100% clear of any dust, cobwebs, liquids, or stains. What is a move in/move out cleaning?

We help make your move easy. We dust (everything), clean kitchen appliances, clean interior and exterior of all cabinetry in the home, scrub toilets, wipe down sinks and counter tops, clean mirrors, wipe down all flat surfaces, vacuum/sweep and mop all floors, clean patio doors and dust interior windows. What is cleaned in each bedroom?

Beds made (linens changed upon request. Linens must be left out). Lamps cleaned and lampshades dusted. Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door-frames and switch plates. Picture frames dusted. Furniture dusted – top, front and underneath. Floors vacuumed and/or washed (under bed if accessible). Window sills cleaned. Blinds dusted. Interior windows dusted. Baseboard dusted. Trash emptied. Mirrors cleaned. General straightening completed.

What is cleaned in each bathroom?

Tub and shower tiles scrubbed and rinsed. Toilets cleaned inside and out. Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined. Towels neatly hung and folded. Countertops cleaned (all items removed and replaced). Cabinet front cleaned. Sinks scrubbed and cleaned. Floors vacuumed and/or washed. Window sills cleaned. Interior windows dusted. Blinds dusted. Baseboards dusted. Trash emptied. Mirrors cleaned.

What is cleaned in the kitchen?

Appliance exteriors cleaned. Microwave exterior/interior cleaned. Fingerprints removed from all
woodwork, door-frames and switch plates. Tables and chairs cleaned. Countertops and backsplash cleaned (all items removed and replaced). Cabinet fronts cleaned. Sinks/dishes scrubbed and cleaned. Floor vacuumed and/or washed. Window sills cleaned. Interior windows dusted. Blinds dusted. Baseboards dusted. Trash emptied.

What is cleaned in the living areas?

Upholstered furniture vacuumed. Cushions/pillows fluffed and straightened. Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door-frames and switch plates. Ceiling fans dusted. Lamps cleaned and lampshades dusted. Picture frames dusted. Furniture dusted or vacuumed: on top, front and underneath. Hardwood floors vacuumed and/or washed. Do you clean windows?

Our standard window treatment includes wiping down the windowsills, dusting the blinds and spot wiping. If you would like the interior window glass to be professionally cleaned, you can select that option in the “Select Extras” section on the “”Book Now” page, upon checkout.
